ADHD Assessment & Coaching

I’m here to help you understand how ADHD shows up for you — and give you tools to manage it, feel more in control, and reconnect with who you are underneath the overwhelm.

The diagnostic process includes two steps:

  1. An initial session (40–50 minutes) to explore your background and symptoms

  2. A full DIVA-5 diagnostic interview (90 minutes), with the option to add the MOXO test for a more detailed picture (120 minutes total)

MOXO is a computer-based attention test that measures how you respond under distractions, providing objective data on attention, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and timing — key areas often affected by ADHD.

A full psychological report is prepared within 7 days of completing the diagnostic process.

ADHD coaching has two main aims:
  • Reducing the emotional impact ADHD can have on your self-esteem, motivation, relationships and daily functioning.

  • Supporting you in creating tailored strategies and routines that actually work for your brain, not against it.

ADHD coaching is also ideal if you’re undiagnosed but wondering what’s going on — especially if you’ve spent years thinking you were lazy, disorganised or just “bad at life.” This is where we slow down, dig deeper, and start working with your mind, not trying to fix it.

During my ADHD coaching programme you will:

  • Get clarity on your unique ADHD profile — and whether other factors like anxiety, trauma or perfectionism might also be at play,

  • Learn practical strategies rooted in CBT, solution-focused coaching and mindfulness — including how to manage emotional overwhelm, impulsivity or that endless mental to-do list,

  • Discover how to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and stop beating yourself up for things outside your control,

  • Use visualisation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation tools to help you pause, reset and respond — not just react,

  • Build sustainable routines, boundaries and mindset shifts that help you get stuff done your way,

  • Have someone (me!) to help you stay on track, make sense of it all, and remind you what’s actually important.

You might be wondering why I care so much about ADHD. The truth? I don’t have ADHD myself, but I spent years feeling constantly scattered, anxious, burnt out and wondering what was “wrong” with me. I now know it wasn’t ADHD — it was anxiety and perfectionism.

That’s why I believe so deeply in getting the full picture before putting a label on anything. Misdiagnosis is common, especially in women — and that’s why I always take a holistic, individual approach. Together, we look at the full context of your life: mind, body, environment and emotions. No shortcuts. Just support that actually fits you.
